Privacy Notice

This notice explains what information the diagnostic form collects, why it is needed and the choices available to families.

Launch status: This website is in pre-enrolment setup. The legal entity name, business address, privacy contact and retention periods must be inserted before public diagnostic invitations begin.

Information we collect

When a parent or guardian registers a student for a diagnostic, we collect the student’s name, grade, city, recent score band, intended test date and optional description of their current challenge. We also collect the parent or guardian’s name, email address, phone number and consent.

Why we use it

Children and parent consent

A parent or guardian must submit or approve registration for students under 18. We do not knowingly accept detailed information from a minor without that approval. We do not sell personal information or use student data for behaviourally targeted advertising.

Sharing and storage

Registration information is stored with the website’s hosting provider and is accessed only by authorised program operators who need it to run the diagnostic. It may be shared with contracted service providers solely where necessary to deliver the service, secure the system or comply with law.

Recordings

Diagnostic or class recordings will not be made without a separate, clear notice explaining the purpose, access and retention. Enrolment will require separate parent or guardian recording consent where recording is used.

Your choices

A parent or guardian may request access, correction or deletion of submitted information, or withdraw from future cohort communication. Operational and legal records may need to be retained for a limited period.

Contact

The final privacy contact and grievance contact will be published here before the diagnostic opens publicly. Until then, this site should be treated as a launch preview and not a substitute for those details.
