Refund and Cancellation Policy

No family should pay before knowing the complete cancellation and cohort-cancellation terms.

Policy not yet activated: The website does not currently accept payment. A final policy with exact amounts and dates will be provided before paid enrolment opens.

Before payment

Families will receive the cohort dates, timetable, faculty profiles, total payable amount including applicable taxes, live-hour scope, makeup arrangements and final refund schedule before accepting a paid place.

If the provider cancels

The final policy will state the family’s options if the cohort is cancelled, materially rescheduled or cannot be delivered. It will distinguish a complete provider cancellation from the replacement of an individual teacher or rescheduling of a single class.

If a family withdraws

The final policy will define any cooling-off period, administrative deductions and the refund amount available before and after the cohort starts. It will also explain whether deposits are transferable to a later cohort.

Missed sessions

Live classes are not individually repeated for routine student absences. The final attendance and makeup policy will explain any limited recording access, alternate review support and treatment of a prolonged documented medical absence.

Official exam changes

Official exam registration, test-centre availability, rescheduling and score reporting are outside 1530 Lab’s control. The final enrolment terms will explain what happens to the cohort if College Board changes a target test date.
