The first contract
- Eight-week fixed cohort, provisionally 5 October–29 November 2026.
- Approximately 20–24 live hours per subject specialist.
- Defined preparation, review and reporting responsibilities.
- No sales, lead generation, essay counselling or admissions work.
- Fixed cohort compensation and staged payments confirmed in writing.
What we assess
- Current subject competence and digital-format knowledge.
- Ability to diagnose a 1150–1350 student’s recurring errors.
- Clarity and engagement in a paid recorded teaching demonstration.
- Reliability, references and written parent communication.
- Online setup, connectivity backup and safeguarding judgement.
What matters more than a prestigious degree
A strong instructor can explain why an approach failed, engage a mixed-ability group, turn error patterns into the next week’s plan and communicate progress without exaggerating results.
Expression of interest
This form creates a candidate record. Shortlisted candidates will receive the compensation range, exact class times, assessment, paid demonstration brief and contract process before proceeding.
