5. Student protection and privacy
Minor students use programme-managed communication routes. Important administration remains parent-visible. Any recording requires advance notice covering purpose, access and retention, plus the required consent. The final privacy contact, safeguarding lead and grievance contact must be published before live delivery.
Privacy notice, safeguarding, recording and communication, and grievance process.
6. Progress evidence
Families receive four fortnightly reports covering attendance, work completion, comparable timed evidence, recurring errors, faculty observations, recovery actions and the next priorities. Internal readiness results are not official SAT scores or guaranteed score predictions.
7. Progress and outcomes
Published student outcomes distinguish official from practice scores, state the verified baseline and endpoint and have the required student and parent permission.

8. Official exam responsibility
1530 Lab does not register students for the SAT, allocate test centres or issue official scores. The cohort is designed around the 5 December 2026 SAT. College Board currently lists 20 November 2026 as the registration deadline and 24 November 2026 as the late-registration deadline. Families must verify dates and register directly.
